Excavation is the foundation of most land development projects. Our excavation work covers site preparation, cut-and-fill grading, trenching, and general dirt work — everything that shapes the ground and gets a site ready for what’s being built on it. We work on residential sites and commercial parcels, with a focus on larger projects that require significant material movement and precise grading.

When an existing structure needs to come down, the job isn’t done when it hits the ground. It’s done when the site is clear and ready for what comes next. We handle residential demolitions — single-family homes and multi-unit structures — as well as commercial teardowns for developers and property owners who are clearing a site for new construction or redevelopment.
Common uses: Old home removal, multi-unit residential teardowns, commercial structure demolition, site clearance prior to new construction
Not every land clearing job looks the same. The right approach depends on what’s growing on the property, how many acres need to be cleared, and what the land will be used for afterward. We use forestry mulching for projects where it’s the most efficient tool, traditional clearing methods where the site calls for it, and often a combination of both — particularly on commercial development sites where roots and stumps need to come out completely.
