What services does Olson Earthworks offer?

We specialize in three core services: excavation (including site preparation and grading), demolition for residential and commercial structures, and land clearing and forestry mulching. Many of our projects involve more than one of these services working together on the same site.

We’re a service area business, which means we come to you. Our home base is in Hood County, which puts us close to Fort Worth, the DFW Metroplex, Weatherford, Stephenville, and a wide range of Central Texas communities.

We cover roughly a 100-mile radius from Granbury. That takes in most of the DFW area, areas south toward Waco, west to Stephenville and Dublin, and east across the I-20 corridor. For large commercial jobs that require crew and equipment on-site for multiple days, we’re willing to go further when the project is worth it.

We’re set up for larger-scale work — commercial projects, multi-acre sites, and jobs that start around $10,000 and up. We work with both residential and commercial clients, and we’re growing our commercial project base. If you’re not sure whether your project is a good fit, just call and describe what you’re working with.

Yes, always. We come out to the site, take a look, and give you a clear, honest estimate based on what we find. There’s no charge for that, and no commitment required.

Yes. Olson Earthworks LLC was founded by Steven Olson, a veteran. That background is reflected in how the business operates — direct, dependable, and focused on doing what we say we’ll do.

Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. We understand that job sites and project planning don’t always stick to normal office hours, so if you need to reach out outside those times, leave a message and we’ll get back to you.

Yes. We work with property owners, developers, general contractors, and anyone else who needs serious groundwork done. Our focus and equipment are geared toward larger projects, but we work with a range of clients throughout Central Texas.

Absolutely — that’s actually common. Commercial development projects often need land cleared, then structures removed, then the site excavated and graded. Having one contractor who can handle each of those phases in sequence makes the whole project simpler and faster to manage.
